A Guide to Representing Delphi With Integrity

We pursue our business objectives with integrity and in full compliance with all laws, including those applicable to wages, child labor, freedom of association, etc., because it is the right thing to do and it makes good business sense. By acting with integrity, we earn the trust of our customers, consumers, shareholders, co-workers, regulators, suppliers and the communities in which we live and work. This trust, in turn, fuels our drive for Excellence.

On January 10, 2007, Delphi's Board of Directors adopted a new "Foundation for Excellence" as our Code of Ethics. This Code applies to all employees, officers, directors, temporaries, suppliers, agents, and consultants, and will guide us in our commitment to DRIVE Integrity into how we conduct business everyday. The Code was revised to provide employees with a more comprehensive statement of their responsibility to promote integrity and foster honest and ethical conduct throughout the organization, as well as to provide additional resources and channels of communication when employees have questions or concerns regarding compliance, or wish to report violations of the code. The underlying rules of conduct applicable to directors, officers, and employees did not change. Delphi will continue to post on this website any changes in, or waivers from, this Code of Ethics applicable to its directors, executive officers, and principal accounting officer and controller.
