Among our successful licensing agreements is our relationship with Beck Aluminum, which produces and markets Delphi's patented corrosion-resistant K-Alloy. The agreement is designed to improve the competitiveness of K-Alloy through increased availability at attractive prices, and simplifies the process for Beck Aluminum to gain access to the patented material.
